We hope to prove that now is a great time to reengage with the Chamber
We look forward to relaying to Yreka (and beyond), what the Chamber can do for our members and community. First, our fifteen board members and two administrative staff will work tirelessly to bring a series of large scale, annual events to Yreka throughout the year. These include Gold Rush Days (June 15th), the Art Walk (May-Oct.), Sizzlin September Car and Motorcycle Show and Shine (September 14th), the Holiday Parade, and the Holiday Dinner Dance (December), just to name a few. Our signature events are just the beginning of our services. The Chamber strives to provide a network of support to our member businesses every day. First, the Chamber provides a central location for first class information and resources for our community, tourists and visitors. Each visitor leaves our office with an idea, resource, map, guide, or contact that is specially designed by our chamber staff, to assist them in purist of their goals within our community and business network. Next, we strive to help our member network feel valued, supported and served by their chamber membership. 1) We are willing to provide advocacy for our member business and promotional support for events. 2) We seek out and relay grant, economical and beautification opportunities to our members and the community. 3) When we bring together our chamber consortium at our annual events, our monthly mixers, and at major events, we are a major contributor to the vibrancy and energy of Yreka, CA and Siskiyou County. We hope to prove (in our actions), that now is a great time to reengage with the Chamber at 117 W. Miner St. We invite your business to reconsider membership with the chamber in this exciting era. In the meantime, we thank you for being a part of Yreka, CA, our little city with a heart of gold.
