Shasta Valley Meats is owned and operated by Glen and Becky Bowman and has been in business since 1989. We do custom cutting of beef, pork and lamb. We offer retail meats and family meat packs. We process deer, elk and bear. We smoke ham, bacon, turkeys and fish.
